Livingstone Rentals Membership

What the Membership will give you…

Livingstone Estates will look after your property as if it were our own. We will ensure that with this membership you will have total peace of mind. The service we offer covers the following:

1. Monthly Property Inspections - A monthly external & internal visual inspection will be carried out at your property in order to spot any problems.

• Ensuring all the walls are in good condition
• Ensuring all windows are properly closed
• Ensuring all doors open & close properly
• Ensuring all light fittings work properly
• Ensure there is no humidity or cracks, etc in the ceilings
• Ensuring all floors are in good condition
• Ensuring there is water & electricity supplies
• Ensuring all taps & cisterns are in good working order
• To test electrical appliances to confirm they work
• Ensuring the working condition of the awnings sensors (where applicable)
• Ensuring shutters are in good working conditions (where applicable)
• Checking that the telephone lines are working properly (where applicable)
• Ensuring the Air Conditioning or Heating system are in good working order (depending on the season)
• Ventilation of all rooms (Depending on the weather conditions)
• Ensuring all terrace and solarium drains are checked (*this will also be done after any heavy rains)
• Ensuring there is no infestation of insects

We would also recommend we carry out the monthly inspection during a long term letting to check the property is in good condition and not damaged. We would automatically do a property inspection after heavy rain to ensure no damage has been done.

If you would like to have more than one inspection per month, this can be requested in our office at an extra charge.


2. Inspection Report
The results of the monthly inspection will be will be emailed to you with any pictures (where required) if there is a problem.


3. Maintenance & Repairs

Following our inspection report, should we discover any issues, we will suggest what we consider to be the most suitable solution. 
We have skilled personnel who can carry out any type of general maintenance during working hours. Our aim is to rectify the issue within 48 hours of it being reported. We also have an out of hours emergency service.

4. Account Management
Additionally, you will be kept up to date with newsletters and general information on the Costa del Sol through our active web site.
